Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use MindLoop. By creating an account, hosting a session or joining one, you agree to them.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Using MindLoop

You may use MindLoop to host and join learning sessions for personal, educational or internal business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload, including question banks and assignments.

You must not use MindLoop to distribute unlawful, harassing or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt live sessions belonging to others, or to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Participants may join a hosted session without an account by entering a room code and a display name.

Your content

You keep ownership of the question banks, assignments and other content you create. You grant MindLoop the licence needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you and the groups you share it with.

Availability

MindLoop is provided as-is. We aim for reliable live sessions but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the last updated date shown above.
